Share use of this elegant estate with a household membership at: Hampton Hill Estate Vacation Share Rental 3466 Keith Bridge Rd Gainesville Ga 30504 North Georgia Boating Club Vacation Share  (Head of Household / Property Caretaker) A club officer can be reached at (678) 936-2097 Get away Household Membership – A getaway household membership allows members to join in on shared use of vacation property (2nd Home).  The benefits of becoming a “Hampton Hill Vacation Home Member”  1) The home will be available for your private use as designated by empty / reserved dates on house calendar  2) You will have ability (for an additional fee) call 770-252-6437 to reserve dates for private use. Private use reservation is noted on the calendar and all other household members are required to be absent from house during designated time frame. Reserving private use of property will allow you to invite guests to home and entertain up to 10 overnight guests 14 total guests at any time (special permission is required for larger groups as noted on Invoice).  3) Access to grounds & parking – You will have limited use of the property for trailer parking & boat dockage for the entire length of your membership. 4) No member may have more than one guest on property other than during members own scheduled private use.  This is a monthly agreement and, for new Vacation Share Rental members will start 1 day prior to 1st scheduled private use. The Hampton Hill Estate is not a commercial enterprise or a for profit operation. All proceeds collected from members will go to costs directly related to the property or it's operation. If funds collected from members exceed actual expenses the funds will be held in reserve or invested in property.
