                       This property established its Legal use as a Vacation Rental in Spring of 2017
                                U.D.C. Version 51 "historical code book" governing March of 2017 at time Vacation Rental use was established

1) The property:
Use of property has been held out on VRBO and established as a Vacation Rental consistently without any gap or stoppage that would be considered an abandoning of the legal non conforming use  (Grandfathered Rights)

2) To confirm this claim:
Ownership will direct any authority, public official, or representative of Forsyth County to View our VRBO reviews posted by our guests consistently since early 2017.   V.R.B.O. Listing Number 1025152
